On Thursday, March 26th Joe turned the BIG FIVE!!! 
On Friday Grandma and Grandpa brought him his present..... a DOG!!!
He was so shocked and surprised and excited and just really was unsure this was actually happening. He has been asking for a dog as along as he has been talking.
I think they kind of look like each other.
Joe named him Scrufty. He has had a small stuffed animal dog named Scrufty from about age two and he lost him around Christmas time. He tried to replace him with another stuffed animal dog but it just wasn't the same. But now he has a real life Scrufty! He just loves him!

There's nothing better than a boy and his dog! Have you seen the movie "My Dog Skip"? It's a cute movie about a boy and his dog - Kayla and I both cried during the movie.
